The weather was a bit cloudy when I visited, but the crashing waves and wide-open sands made for a perfect coastal vibe.

Even with the “Dangerous Current” sign out on the beach, people were walking barefoot along the shore, soaking in the raw beauty of Bondi.

SURFISH sits right on the beachfront, with a cozy, arched entrance that welcomes you into a casual yet stylish space.
Inside, the café mixes espresso bar charm with beach bar vibes. Locals and tourists alike were chatting over coffee or sipping cold beer from the taps.

It was a cold and windy afternoon, and this flat white truly hit the spot.

Compared to the one I had earlier at the airport, this cup had much more depth and body.
The rich, bold espresso flavor warmed me up immediately. You could tell they take their coffee seriously here.

I was pleasantly surprised by the portion size—it was generous!

This wasn’t a pre-made sandwich; they made it fresh to order, and you could taste the difference.

The schnitzel was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, tucked between two perfectly toasted slices of bread.
